Full Time

We are currently seeking Sheetmetal Worker/Fabricators to join the team based in our Salford facility. The positions are full time, 39 hrs per week, plus overtime. Holiday entitlement 25 days + Bank Holidays.

A knowledge of International fabrication codes PD5500 & ASME is desirable.

Items Manufactured (but not limited to) Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers & Reactors.

Material of construction: 3 series Stainless Steels, Duplex/Super Duplex, Nickel Alloys & Reactive materials.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out fabrication activities. The activities include (but not limited to), working to manufacturing drawings, cutting, rolling and prepping of materials. Working with Welders tack up items.

The post holder will be required to hold a Modern Apprenticeship or City & Guilds Qualification in a Fabrication Engineering discipline or equivalent. Previous experience will also be considered.

Langfields are accredited to ISO9001, ISO 3834-2, ISO 14001/45001 & EN 1090-1. Candidates must familiar with work to procedures both from a Quality & HSE point of view.
